These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “CGV”) govern all sales of products (hereinafter “the Products”) by STUDIO SØD (hereinafter “the Company”) to consumers and professional buyers (hereinafter “the Customer”) through the website studio-sod.com. They outline the terms of ordering, payment, delivery, and the management of returns for Products ordered by Customers.


Our business is based in France and operates in compliance with French law and the relevant EU consumer protection laws.


Placing an order via studio-sod.com implies the Customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions.

FORCE MAJEUR

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or any other circumstances that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented (hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”). In the event of a Force Majeure, the Company will notify the Customer as soon as possible and will take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of the event. The performance of the Company’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure, and any agreed deadlines for delivery or other obligations shall be extended accordingly.

Competent tribunal

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, including their interpretation, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the French law.


In the event that any dispute or claim cannot be resolved amicably between the Seller and the Customer, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lyon, notwithstanding multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties.
